KM Malta Airlines offers travel agents and tour operators the possibility to book seats at a discounted educational round-trip rate, for their FAM trips to Malta. These requests are to be discussed with the respective Sales Managers in the market.
Up to maximum of 15 educational seats can be booked on a flight, subject to seats availability.
Fam trip participants must all travel together on the same flight/dates
Educational fare includes an allowance of 1-piece 10kgs hand luggage and 1-piece 20kgs checked-in baggage.
This fare is valid only on KM Malta Airlines flights, for travel in economy/ business class. Not applicable on code-shared marketing flights.
A Fam Trip form is to be raised, giving reason for the request and subsequently approved or declined by KM Malta Airlines.
Sales representative will advise if seats are confirmed or not.
Final name list has to be sent by not later than 21 days prior to departure. Tickets will be issued by KM Malta Airlines ticket office, against credit card payment. ( Master Card / Visa )

Tickets can be cancelled any time prior to the departure. KMMA YRI fee is non-refundable and a € 10 admin fee per ticket applies in all cases.
Date changes permitted at any time in the same booking class free of charge. If no seats are available in the same class, charge the difference in fare and taxes, if applicable.
Once ticketed, Name changes are permitted at a charge of €25 per ticket.
Standard discount of 25% applies for fam trip bookings in Economy and Business class subject to approval.

Fares are valid for Travel Agency and tour operators’ staff and one accompanying passenger travelling together.
